    I purchased an 8 week mountaineering training plan through training peaks on 3/17 for $54.I spent a week figuring out how to use the program, which was extremely difficult and time consuming to research given there is no user manual.Ultimately it turns out that almost all the features and metrics in the program are useless to mountaineering training.This product was marketed as providing useful insight and metrics that will assist with mountaineering training and that is not what I received.I contacted the company and they offered to change my plan; however, this issue is the program will not provide useful metrics for mountaineering. Apparently the program was made for running and from what I have read, it works well for running, but unfortunately it doesn't work for mountaineering.

    I purchased "Born To Run 2: 90 Day Run Free Program" from TrainingPeaks on Feb. 3rd. I bought it after finishing the companion book "Born To Run 2". The book details special training exercises that are aided by many photos. The TrainingPeaks program is not what I expected, there are no videos, no photos of positions and exercises. The TrainingPeaks product is merely a brief, daily, text-only email. It is clearly not worth the purchases price of $59.00. I knew right away that I was not satisfied with the purchase and I asked for a refund on Feb 7th via email. I want my money back. **************** told me that they had a 24 hour window for refunds and that my case did not meet their (unlisted) criteria for a refund. This is a fraudulent way to do business and the Better Business Bureau should help me obtain my refund.
