      I do not agree with various negative comments about Forefront Health. I have taken Forefront Healths Molecular Progesterone Complex for around 1 Year now. I have been able to lower the amount of Levothyroxine thatI take daily to 25mcg, and my thyroid levels (Free ********* T4 s well as TSH) have remained in an acceptable range. I feel better overall. After some months with Forefront, I started taking their vitamin E Thyro-Protect. I have returned items 1 time without difficulty and have spoken to customer service without difficulty. Also, I have recommended these products to various other people.

      They want you to believe that they sell products based on science. Indeed they provide research studies and papers that support their claims about their supplements and hormones. Be cautious. I believe they manipulate people out of money because their products didn't work and they make you wait so that the time for returns passes. It's a scam save yourself money and Hope..

      Scam. I ordered a month ago and never received my shipment. Their customer service is completely unhelpful and for a company that supposedly sells health supplements, they certainly don't seem to care whether or not you ever get what you pay for and they definitely don't care about your health, just your money.

      I really wanted to believe in their products, gave them 6 weeks and my thyroid actually worsened quite a bit.. I worry this company is a scam and preys on people who have a serious medical issue.

      Forefront Health has given me my life back. Years of struggling with being tired all the time, brain fog, no metabolism (to name just a few) and after a week on their products I feel like I did pre-hypothyroid. Doctors only care that your T4/T3 show up in a specific 'range' and don't take how you feel into consideration. If you are within range, they're satisfied. Often you are not. I think the negative reviews come from people who don't read instructions, feel the doctor knows best (then why even try it?) or have unrealistic expectations. Probably all three. I am a super skeptical person who has tried a few different supplements hoping something would change and it never did. THIS PRODUCT WORKS. If you follow the instructions and have realistic expectations, this product really works. My blood pressure is down, I have mental clarity, energy and endurance, my blood sugar is almost normal and my weight is down without any changes to diet/exercise. I hate to say 'miracle cure' but that is honestly how it feels. Oh, and I've had zero side effects from it.

      I am deeply disturbed by the service I recently received by Forefront Health. First, their rep questioned my knowledge about my thyroid condition that I have had for 30+ years, as if I don't know how to figure out what the problem is. I work with a functional medicine doctor as well as a naturopath for my thyroid and have the best expertise to turn to. When I explained things to the rep so that he understood, he then said he was able to get approval to give me a refund, but I would have to pay the shipping charge. And when I questioned having to pay duplicate shipping charges (first when I ordered the pills and then to send them back), he backed off and said I could only get a store credit. I have spent ~$300 with Forefront (pills and light therapy) with absolutely no benefit from any of it. I have returned to the supplements I was taking before and started feeling better shortly after taking them. I have been on disability since 2011 due to a stroke, and every ***** is precious to me since my budget is very limited. I won't be buying any more Forefront products so the credit the rep gave me is useless. I am truly disappointed by the whole scenario.

      I ordered thyroid product from Forefront. I chose to pay extra for expedited shipping. Rather than honestly state that they were out of said product, they processed the transaction, took my money and proceeded to allow exactly two weeks to pass before deigning to send the product. By this time I had initiated a stop-payment with my bank. Each time I tried to reach out to the company they, again, took days to respond to simple requests and each time I received emails they were from different people who were clueless about previous requests. I asked for confirmations to emails 3 times...no response. I finally asked to not send product since I would not pay for it......no response. This type of behavior is very dodgy. There is no excuse. They seem to think that the gravy train will never pull into the station. In business that's a big mistake. I will never do business with this company again. Terrible, terrible customer service.
