Ordered auto replacement water filters. I was charged 4/14/2025 but showed it hadn't been shipped. 5/6/2024 still no word nor able to contact either by phone or email.I have called numerous times but unable to reach a live person or leave a message. Starting June 2024 I was corresponding with a " Sellicah" to cancel orders. I have emailed Epic several times over the last 6 months regarding subscriptions.I had 2 Nano water filter pitcher orders for a couple of months which I requested a cancel on. Sellicah wrote back stating she would " skip" my next order after I had clearly stated I wanted it canceled. She said she canceled it. Over the last 6 months I have requested agents from Epic water filters to cancel subscriptions only to then have them reactivated without my consent or action. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me (Feb 2025).I received an email stating I needed to update my payment method. I updated my payment method with the crystal clear knowledge I only had ONE water pitcher filter coming to me as I had for a couple of months now. After I updated my payment method I was charged for 3 different orders. I told an agent (via email because you can never get anyone by phone ) That I did not authorize these transactions. I filed a dispute with my bank, and was told by an agent from **** " Sorry we already shipped your items (in a 24 hour window) They are quick to ship but the only contact is email and the turnaround is 24 to 48 hours.I was told by one agent I had 3 active subscriptions, and another agent told me I had 5 active subscriptions after being told by each agent they were canceled. I have requested to be contacted by a supervisor via phone call with my number provided..Nothing..no return call. They seem quick to take your money. These transactions put my account in the near negative. **** poor customer service.Initial Complaint

I purchased a water pitcher and filters made by this company from ****** in June, 2024. The pitcher leaks when pouring causing water to spill on counter, floor, etc. The filter gauge does not accurately reflect the filter life creating a need to manually check water quality. Filter life does not match what is advertised. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this with the company, I reached out to management. An apology was given along with tracking for a replacement. That was over 4 weeks ago; tracking shows multiple carriers and now it is stuck somewhere. I have repeatedly requested a refund. I am ignored. Please review this company as this experience has been exhausting. It is past ****** time for refunds.Initial Complaint

I cancelled my water filter subscription with Epic Water Filters in October 2023. But I continued to be charged for filters on these dates: 12/18/2023 = $36.80 and 03/18/2024 = $36.80. I contacted my bank AFTER my calls and emails to Epic for these charges went unanswered, and my bank refunded me the charges. My bank even issued me a NEW DEBIT CARD with a different number HOWEVER, Epic Water Filters charges my account YET AGAIN....and I do NOT know how they obtained my new debit card information as I did NOT provide it to them for another charge on 06/17/2024 = $36,.80. This is FRAUD and I will need to contact my bank yet again to have the funds returned to me because YET AGAIN no one at Epic Water Filters has called me back OR answered my email from Saturday, June 15th. I called this number ************ and left all my contact information and the reason I was calling....a fraudulent charge on my account....AGAIN. I also sent an email to ********************************** and still no response.Something is very wrong when a company can keep charging your account even when you have changed debit cards!This company should be investigated for fraud. In the meantime, I want them to STOP charging my account. I don't want their products, and purposefully cancelled my account last October 2023. I received a confirmation for the cancellation on 10/31/2023 from *********************,Founder, Epic Water Filters.That is the only and last communication I have received from this company.Initial Complaint

On August 10, 2023, I purchased an Epic Pure water pitcher from this business (Order No. EP ******). Epic claims that it fulfilled this order on January 10, 2024, but I never received the pitcher. When I contacted Epic's customer service via email, a representative responded by referencing the shipment of another item (a water filter) on August 11, 2023. The business declined to respond to my email pointing out this discrepancy and requesting a refund of the $70 I paid for the pitcher.Initial Complaint

I was gifted a $60 water filter by my mom, it was broken and leaking after about a month and a half of use, I reached out to the company countless times (*****) 20 times if you include calls. I have been lied to 3+ times, been spoken to rudely, ignored, and now my family and I are just angry. I reached out to them mid october 2023. about 4 times they said they would send a new pitcher, only sent me a scrawny part, and have continued to play this game of them lying to me saying they sent this and that and they never sent anything. We ordered a product one month ago, was charged more than previous orders. It did not arrive in the expected time frame so I have called and emailed customer service multiple times. No return call. No return email. The product was finally delivered to the local ************ one month later, with a ripped package and upon inspection the filter was completely broken in half. The postal clerk stated it arrived that way. Call to customer service no answer. Email to customer service, with pictures, no response. At the very least I would like a replacement product after spending more and waiting a month for a damaged item. Even a return phone call. Email. Something. I ordered a replacement water bottle filter. I also subscribed for their subscription service for a new filter every few months. When the filter arrived, I had questions about how to use it because the filter came with no instructions. It only came with a ** code. When I followed the ** code, I couldnt find instructions in the linked website, so I called the company and left a voicemail. After two days, I had not received a call back, so I called again and also sent an email describing my questions and requested a call back. The next day, I received an email saying, Sorry we havent responded. What is a good time to call back? I replied with a time for a return call and waited. No one called me. I sent another email expressing my frustrations. Two days later I received a reply email asking how they could help me, and sorry bc they are very busy. At this point, it had been over a week, I havent been able to use their product, and I was still not receiving a helpful response. I looked back in my original subscription email and tried calling the 800 number to see if I could reach someone. However, that number rings to a robot voice says that the line hasnt been configured and then hangs up. I also looked up the mailing address as listed in their emails and found that they do not have an actual business but seem to be using a *** store as their business address. All of these issues lead me to believe that this business is fraud, or is practicing business fraud. I finally researched reviews online and uncovered many reviews from customers who describe similar experiences to mine: placing orders, no customer service to be reached, no way to get ahold of the company, etc. I went online to my account and cancelled the subscription service. I am still stuck with an unusable filter, but I guess ****** learned. I am filing this complaint so there is a dated record on file that, at least as of mid-******* **** Water Filers customer service department is non-existent.Initial Complaint

I ordered a water filter and refunded it within the correct amount of time. Tried to get a refund they say would not go through 5 times and told me call my bank. I cant get through to anyone live on the phone. After my bank refunded me and did there research they too could not get a response from epic water filters and charged my card back and now Im starting over still 6 months later without my refund of $75.00!
