I have already filed a complaint about the gift card compant, Incomm which did not help solve this problem. I contacted them about 8 pm (central time) on April 8 2024. They have denied my claim.I bought a securespend prepaid mastercard for $120 on April 5 2024 from ******* On April 8 2024 about 6:15 pm (central time) I tried to use the gift card to purchase lottery tickets in the ******************** and later (about 7:30 pm) in a store ( ********* near my hotel. As far as I can tell neither transaction went through (I ended up using cash in both cases). When I got back to my hotel I checked the card balance and it was zero ( about 8 pm April 8, 2024). The full amount ($120) was listed as a purchase to: SAN SANDRO OO LLC. ***************************************************************** I have no idea who/what this company is. There is no contact info associated with San Sandro online but this company, cremcl, *********************************** has the same address. I tried several times to contact ************ and *********************************** but no one answers the phone, nor replies to the phone or email messages I ******* questions: 1. is there an actual time stamp when the gift card was used at *** Sandro on April 8 2024?2. Is there a vendor/store/website etc. from which the card was used? 3. Is San Sandro associated with either ******** or PA lottery (The vendor in the ******************** that manages the lottery machine and told me: "Transactions on our machine would be codified as "PALOTV PARADIES PLEASA PHILADELPHI PA")I am very disappointed with the apparent ease with which a gift card can be scammed. I am also very disappointed in not being able to find out how I was scammed. Any information would be appreciated.
