    I tried to close my bike rental with Peleton. I used their online process. The last screen says that a Peleton rep will contact you soon to close out your rental. I continued to be charged for the rental the next month. I logged in again and my account was reactivated. I used their process again and was charged again! I then called my credit card company and disputed the charge, which AMEX immediately refunded and cut the Peleton charge off. I have now been receiving emails from Peleton saying they will deactive my service if I dont pay them! So long story short, their rental program is a scam. Do not use it.

    Horrible customer service and the products are rendered almost useless after you stop paying the monthly membership subscription. I was charged for 2 memberships for months before realizing even though I only have 1 product.When I called customer service and spoke with a cs agent I explained the issues with the bike and he was very thoughtful and informative. He also stated I could return the bike for a full refund and that I just needed to schedule a pick up with their company. I called back and am informed that the previous agent was wrong and that they will not be returning the bike after telling me they will.The product I have is still new and I have accessories in their original cases untouched...why is this not able to be returned?I would not waste your time and money purchasing products from such a dishonest company.

    Bike was supposed to be delivered today. Window passed. Contacted delivery service and was told they cancelled delivery. Have not heard back from them. Contacted Peleton and had the worst customer service experience. I regret buying this bike already - will return it and look at alternatives. Surprised they dont understand why their company has plummeted- I give them a year before theyre out of business.

    I placed an order for a monthly membership for a Peleton bike + on 12/11/2022. It was supposed to come with bike shoes. It did not. After a couple weeks of waiting for the shoes I tried contacting customer service first through chat then by phone. They state that the shoe promo ended on 12/25 and I would now need to purchase shoes and that my order did not have the shoes listed even though when ordering I picked the bike + then used the drop down menu to pick a shoe size. I have not used the bike as I do not have the correct shoes and they are stating that I cannot get a refund. I was also told that I would have a variety of dates to pick from for setting a pick-up time. Since I work most weeks Monday through Friday, I guess I will have to call in sometime in the next couple days to be here.

    On Nov 23rd my husband bought me a peleton bike. It arrived on the scheduled date 11/29. The company sent me the wrong size shoes not one, but 5 times. Finally after 10 phone calls to customer service which is anything but, they sent the right shoes. Today is December 15 th. I put on my shoes ready to ride and the screen is broken! Now I have to wait for Peleton to send me a new monitor. It is Christmas and this long anticipated Christmas gift has become a nightmare! Take my advice and run away from this poorly run company! It sucks!

    Kinda ****** that my bike is way lower in price and since I was out a few mo the from the price change I cant get reimbursement. That *****. Bad business and very upsetting for those of us that want to resell for buyers remorse.
