    If I could give negative stars I would, While staying at one of this companies properties I found bed bugs and instantly called the support line! I was answered by someone who told me I was wrong! No sorry, No apologies if it wasnt even a bed bug for there being bugs in the bed were your children may sleep, nothing just that I was wrong and it wasnt possible, because its too cold for a bed bug to live in ******** they said! I continued to explain that I formerly have worked in the pest control industry myself and had lots of knowledge on such things. I sent them numerous pictures and videos proving the fact there was bed bugs there and they finally offered hours later a refund for the night I had left! I have never in my life of traveling nor dealing with any customer support people have seen someone act in such behavior as if they work at one of those restaurants were your server is an a****** on purpose. I wouldnt trust the people with a pet rock nor would I trust them with keeping my property full and customers happy!
