    This is the second and last time I used this company. They called me the night before my shuttle saying they couldn't pick me and my party up the next morning. This caused me to have to pay an additional $450 to change my flight for the next day and they refused to refund me for their service because it wasn't their fault they had to cancel. They said they would give me a credit to use in the next 12 months which is bogus because I won't be back in ** again in the next year. I called 4 times and asked to talk to a manager. The guy on the other end said a manager "might" call me back but they never did. I sent multiple emails asking for a refund and every single one went unanswered. Worst service in the world and I would recommend using someone else.

    Where do I beige to review the terrible experience we had with Peak 1 Express....they were late picking us up. The van smelled like old burgers and onions. The drive was very large and ate while driving...the entire was from **** to ******. I feared for my safety as we wizzed by cars and trucks on the highway. And when we got to the airport, the driver forgot to give us all our luggage. We immediately realized the driver did not give us my large brimmed hat. We called right away and were told the driver could not turn around and the promised to send it to us. They have not. We have called many times. The hat was not only expensive, but has sentimental value. Peak 1 Express doesn't seem to care about its clients safety or possessions. We will never use them again!

    Peak 1 charged me, sent me a confirmation number and scheduled a pickup time and then did not show up. When I called, I was told that there was a system glitch and my reservation was not routed (totally can get that) but when I asked what the solution was, they were unable to provide another shuttle/ driver, would not reimburse me for an Uber/ **** and told me to call other shuttle companies/ refused to help. The lack of accountability and professionalism needs to be reported/ documented somewhere. When I went to leave a review on their site, my review was pending approval. I would like for folks to have an accurate perception/ reviews of this company as they are recommended in many of the Travel Breck websites.
