      This business refused to provide invoices showing work "paid" for by customer. I recommend do not do business with this outfit.

      I had Delintz check my dryer. Part of the inspection was to go onto the roof and check the exhaust pipe. Because of snow, that portion was delayed. On the day they confirmed the re-visit I received a text saying they'd be here soon. Less than ten minutes later they sent another text saying the job was complete. Because I've had this done before, I immediately went to the front door and looked out into the street. There was no truck. I also heard no ladder being placed on the gutter nor foot steps on the roof, as had been the case in other visits.In my belief, they never finished the inspection nor were they on my property. I will not use this company again and warn others of what I consider deceitful practices.

      Do not use this company. Mark, the owner, is a jerk. He will argue with you and his employees will also take a picture of your credit card with their cell phones. I see scam written all over this company.
      I have reported Mark to the Colorado Secretary of State, Colorado Attorney General's Office, and the Colorado Department of Revenue.
