    Jorge ***** started our patio in 2022 and left the job incomplete. After months of trying to track him down and him giving us false promises, he finally sent his employees to finish our patio. The cheap quality of material he used and the rush to just finish the work caused the concrete in our patio to crack and chunks of concrete to break off after 6 months of him completing it. Our patio is a safety hazard for our kids as they can slip on the chipping concrete and hurt themselves. We cannot use our patio and avoid it. Jorge keeps promising that he will be back to fix it but once again it’s false promises. I just want a refund so I can hire someone that will complete the job properly for the safety of my children.

    ***** Ayala came by and committed to doing our landscaping for a total of $16,000. He told us he needed 50% upfront. We gave him two checks for $4,000 each which he cashed on March 14, 2023 (check numbers 191 & 192). He wanted two checks to avoid the hold the bank would put on them. He told ** the work would be complete in 1.5 weeks. His crew came out and dug 12 holes in the yard and have not been back since. He agreed to both front and rear landscaping and told ** he would bring a book for ** to ************ and plants from. We have had to pay other companies to do part of the installation because he was holding other contractors up on completing their work (which they scheduled based on his original 1.5 week completion). We just want the work completed or to get our money back so that we can pay someone else or buy the materials for us to complete the job.
