      I placed Order [8 Pack] Cloudy Bay *****V Low Voltage 12 Inch 5W Smart Hardscape Lighting,Paver Light 2700-6500K,RGBCW Color from Amazon Ordered on March 20, 2023 Order# ***-9913243-9233059 Bluetooth controller stopped working and all the 8 lights are not turning on. Power is flowing till bluetooth controller and no issue with the power. Sent an email to customer support but not gettting enough support Need your help , how to fix the issue. or send replacement working lights Thanks ******* ********** Mob : ********** email : ****************************

      Date of purchase summer of 2023.Purchase price $500 Purchased 24 4" wifi controlled CR190 LED Colored Recess Lights The installed lights will not stay programmed or update.The only contact on their website is by email. I have sent two separate requests over a month apart without any response.

           I double check my E-mail box, and didn't find complaint from ************. Anyway, I compose E-mail to him and leave our service phone number(see above attachment ), if those lights are defective and fail to work properly, we like to issue him a refund. We are waiting for response from him so that we can add accordingly.
