    Oct 20, 2023, Green and Sons that they failed my decision and no reciple and no agreement forms.. i told them that i want 4 inches lenght gravels and pavers.. they recommered breezeway instead pavers. i want a good strong weed fibers on the ground. but they were not good to doing on weed fibers that the weed fibers got very loose from the ground... right now the weeds are growing thought the weed fibers. both gravels and breezeway are NOT enought on the length.

    I'm sorry ************* felt that she needed to correspond through the BBB. In the 15 years of our business, we have never had a complaint like this. We work for young and old and some with disabilities and treat everyone equally. This was not the 1st job we did for her. She called back for this job because she had a good experience previously. She hired others contractors since and felt like she was taken advantage of by them. ************* and I spent a lot of time writing on paper to understand what she wanted before the job. I listened and gave suggestions based on her budget. I emailed a list of materials and the price which she agreed to that served as the contract. She contacted me over the winter about her concerns and I was going to go fix it but she wasn't able to make the time available for me. She recently contacted me again and I told her I would come by the next day to take a look at what needed attention so I could put a plan together to fix it. She didn't respond. The next day, I received this complaint. I am still willing to look at the issues.

    Hello, I am very angry because my backyard got worse that weeds are growing thoroughly weed barriers !!! The code isnt worked for me !!! I want full money to refund

    I'm sorry you have weeds. I too have weeds at my own house and I have weed fabric. I have have to spray to control them and I would suggest the same for you.

    Last night it was massive hail storm the trees got loose leaves on both front and back yards I had a guy who started to doing my sprinklers on backyard yesterday I asked him to looking my backyard. I told him about the landscaping men do last November.  He said very bad and not right job.  Also 4 peoples who lives in my neighborhood to looking my backyard too they said rip off and too much price the breezeway gravels are not enough.. and the sprinkler man said breezeway and gravels are not enough for lengths.  I havent get any pictures because I was sick its unexpected storm that hails over the my place last night leaves on the front and back yards. The sprinkler guy will come over my house next week..

    I'm sorry you had hail damage at your house. I did too. We installed everything to spec. I am still happy to come look at any issues. I unfortunately can't give you a refund. I paid for materials and people to be there to install everything.
