      I had a bill with Urgent Care and I dealt with first a rude collection bureau *** who blocked me from calling her. I told the rude collection bureau *** that I did not know I even had this bill, asking why she did not call, etc. This *** continued to be quite condescending and rude. I explained that I would be happy to pay the bill as long as the collection bureau *** would be polite and respectful...this did not happen. Then yesterday I called Brighton Urgent Care and spoke to another rude ******************************, who I stated the same thing too...I asked for her supervisor to call...***********, who did NOT call me. Then I called again and got a young employee, Mo or ***?? who told me I was yelling at her? I explained over and over again that I was not yelling, but that I have an assertive voice...Mo or *** would not listen and kept arguing and then hung up on me. I then called back and got another young girl, *****, who now joined in on the yelling argument defending her friend. I sure hope and pray that no one was in the waiting room.Then I finally got in touch with ****************** who would NOT listen to the problem, made up excuses and argued and overtalked me. After a few minutes, another male employee, ****, who is *******'s employee??? also joined this call and started yelling at me, stating that I was yelling and he would call the police if I called again. I said please do so and so will I....I then attempted to speak to ****************** again and got no where. ****************** stated again that I was yelling and then told me she was zeroing out my bill i due to MY BEHAVIOR? I told her NO, and I will pay my bill. ************************** up on me again and I then called the ************************** and filed a ***ort.....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BRIGHTON URGENT CARE DUE TO STAFF UNPROFESSIONALISM.Respectfully,************************,Human Rights Advocate

      I went into Advanced Urgent Care on 9/28/2023 and was seen. My out of pocket for this appointment was $154.00 which was paid by my insurance provider on 10/3. Beginning in October, I received bills from Advanced Urgent Care. I attempted to reach out to their billing coordinator, ***************************, nearly half a dozen times via phone, leaving a few messages. I also began to e-mail her beginning on 12/14/2023.We traded multiple emails including a screenshot showing my insurance paid. The response back was that she was working on it. My last correspondence from her was 1/29/2024z Today, 4/22, I received a text message from a debt collector called in by Advanced Urgent Care. This is infuriating as I have had to nudge their billing coordinator for updates throughout this process and again, my insurance is telling me that they have paid this company.
