    I purchased a refrigerator from American Discount Appliances on 5/29/23. Along with the fridge, I also bought a warranty because the appliances they sell do not come with manufacturer warranties. The day I bought the refrigerator, they said they couldn't give me the paperwork for the warranty because their printer wasn't working. They were supposed to bring it when they delivered it, but didn't. I emailed them on Jun 1, 2023 and and Aug 18, 2023 asking for the paperwork. I have not received any response. I simply want them to uphold their end of the agreement. Because, as things stand now, if something were to happen to my fridge, I would have to pay for any fixes or replacement out of pocket.

I'm sorry you have  not  received anything from them. i  have left messages to them they will send you  the contract of 5 yrs warranty next few days.  here is your warranty information . regarding no one get back to your messages  my sister  was in ICU for 3 yrs the last 4 months we went trough bad  with her  last week she died therefore maybe i coundent  answer your message again i apologize for any inconvenient if you have any other question please call me at my cell ************ .
