    Been using their services for 11 months, and no changes have been made to my credit profile, and they are still taking money. Since January of 2023

We strive to ensure a great customer service experience for all of our clients. 360 wants to ensure you want to continue in the program because the same day as this review, you spoke with one of our representatives and you understood that the lack of progress was due to your lack in payments and you had agreed to continue. We are still working on your file in hopes of continued progress, if your mind has changed please be sure to let us know!     Beware SCAM! When I began to receive reporting agency letters stating 360 credit was providing an illegal service I refused to go forward with the verification process.I was told service would cease if verification was not submitted, which is what I wanted after the being told their service was illegal. Yet 360 credit continued to charge my card anyway for service even though they had no right with absence of verification! More than 6 months of unreturned calls/ emails and requests to stop charging the hundreds they have charged to my card (by phone and email) have lead to this BBB complaint.) All communication with them has led to a massive run around. And they did little to nothing to help my credit for the money they have taken from me / 6 out of 8 removals I had to do myself. I see a massive class action lawsuit in their future! BEWARE

    We want to begin by apologizing for your negative experience with 360 Credit Consulting. As a returning client, we had hoped that you would have yet again another good experience with our team, therefore, we hope to make this right with you. We are now aware that you were not wanting to move forward with our credit repair and consulting services however, by seeing that you signed the client agreement that is attached on May 13, it states that in order to cease services, you need to reach out to our client email or call our company phone number in order to cancel. If you are able to present either of these to our team, we will gladly go back and adjust any of your billing concerns. We have also been attempting to get ahold of you as you can see in the attached call log, we do make an attempt to have great communication with our clients. We are however, thrilled to see that despite the letters you received, we were still able to work on your file month after month in order to get a substantial number of your accounts removed off of your credit report and an increase in your credit score which is our number one goal. We do hope you are able to get us your cancellation request so we may be able to correct the billing on your file.

    I closed my account on their website on 1/17/23. They continued to auto charge me on 2/17/23 and 3/17/23 for a total of $225. I called in on 3/17/23 to get a refund of those two extra months being charged post account closure and they informed me the manner in which I closed my account...on their website...was not good enough. The *** on their website said I could close my account on the website with directions on how to do that. Yet they told me I could only close my account via phone call. The website was misleading and their should be a disclaimer stating "selecting this option to close your account here will not actually cancel upcoming account charges. You must call in to cancel."

    We are very sorry for the misunderstanding; However, it seems like you cancelled through 360 Credit Health. This is just a site we use to help our agents and clients determine if you are loan ready. Its noted in your welcome letter and in your signed client agreement on the proper ways to cancel the program. We make it a point to make mention of the ways we will accept a cancel request 4 times before your 1st monthly payment.. I have attached your signed retainer and welcome letter for reference. As a courtesy for the misunderstanding, I have contacted our billing team to close your file and send you a confirmation of cancellation. Please feel free to call the office if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Copy of your disclaimer per the retainer agreement :

    Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive 360 Credit Consultings services, you may cancel this Retainer Agreement by providing written notice of termination to 360 Credit Consulting. In the case of an early termination of the Agreement, this Agreement will be terminated as of the date 360 Credit Consulting receives a written notice of termination. Fees for service performed before the termination date will be determined. You may suspend or cancel this Contract at any time and in a number of ways, including Telephoning 360 Credit Consulting **************,

    Per your welcome letter:

     I really wanted to reiterate our Cancellation Policy. You do need to call or email us at ************ or ******************************* for us to go over any last steps to close out your account but you may cancel at any time.                                                                          

    **Please note that if you cancel through the monitoring portal you are NOT cancelling your credit repair services. **

    Again,I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and I do hope you reach out to us directly with any other questions you may have.

    I am rejecting this response because: the account closure process is fraudulent, and they need to remove any account closure instructions on the 360 Credit Health website to avoid future customer issues.

    made my checking account in insufficient funds i called them and ask them not to take the funds ou till sept 21 and they they said they would but they took funds out on sept 1 and made my account in insufficent funds
