      I will avoid this bank in the future. We used them for a car loan but when we attempted to pay off the loan through their app suddenly we had additional charges after our payment which the claimed was interest. However nothing in the app showed any interest charge and the amount we paid was the amount showing due. When we talked to their customer service each person was rude and kept interrupting us and cutting us off. They informed us the additional amount was interest that we failed to include with our payment but they didn't have an answer for us on HOW we would have known that or even have been able to pay it when their app didn't show the interest until AFTER our payment. While we managed to get it paid off and figured out the process was ridiculous and a pain to have to deal with. Definitely won't use them in the future.

      They violate your consumer rights on your credit report and report misinformation. They will sell your debt and still report it has if they own the debt. Which is a violation under **** regulations.

      Worst credit union there is. Charged me $5 a month "dormant account fees" on a SAVINGS account just so they could drain it! What a bunch of crooks!
