    I was contacted in August by text # ************** to confirm my address. I never received the package. I contacted the seller QUORDLEPUZZLE and they told me the delivery company ********* delivered the package. I have submitted claims with both QUORDLEPUZZLE and ********* with no resolution. I found this business name on the picture of my package from the text. I would like my puzzles or a refund of $51.41. Thank you ****** ****** ************

    Ordered eight puzzles from Quordlepuzzles they mailed them US postal forwarded them onto my Wisconsin address but I never received them. This was back in May 2024. I have a tracking number, but the US postal said it is not valid I can send email pics of the responses from them

    An announcement that this company was going out of business prompted me to purchase several puzzles for a friend'; I don't do them.. The email advertisements, then, began. The company did not go out of business. I requested that I be removed from the solicitation emails, with no success. The company didn't even respond to this request, and the emails continue. The company has only an email address for contact;- ********************************** no telephone number is listed. The company is, once again, advertising that it is going out of business:(*****************************************************************************************************************.)Company seems to be taking a ****** from some of the shops in ******** that have been going out of business for years.

    We have unsubscribed him and they are no longer in my email marketing system. Our marketing system uses an unsubscribe button.
