    To begin with ************ was vey upbeat and positive. We started on the several preventative steps necessary. X-rays and other imaging was given for review. Then physical therapy. Then we did a fluid drain on both knees and a cortisone like shot. After this I was to receive a phone call follow-up to see how I reacted. At the time of this phone call he suddenly became very negative about the possible results, a complete 180 from all previous interactions, then rudely cut the call short without answering any questions. His office then rescheduled another phone call which I once again planned my lunch break around. He missed the appointed time by 46 minutes and I was not able to answer. it was at this time he ceased any and all efforts to communicate or continue my treatment. I can honestly say I have never been treated so unprofessionally by anyone prior. The manner in which I was cast aside was, simply put, astonishingly rude.Please do not be fooled by his initial positive mannerisms as they will not hold out. Don't waster you time at this office.
