  The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

  
  

  On November 9, 2023, Omni Hotels Management Corporation entered into an Assurance of Discontinuance (“Assurance”) with the Attorney General for the State of Colorado. The Assurance settles allegations that the business misrepresented room rates, mandatory fees, or total price in its advertising to consumers by promoting room prices that did not include all mandatory fees that would be charged to consumers for a stay at affiliated hotels.
  
  
  
  Under terms of the Assurance, the business agreed to clearly display any mandatory fees and the total room price in any advertisement or other public communication about room rates, with the total price after fees being the most prominently displayed rate, and taxes listed separate from fees. The company will also provide consumers with an explanation of any amenities the fees paid give them access to and will train employees on new pricing requirements.
  
  
  
  Additionally, Omni will be required to resolve any consumer complaints received by the state within 30 days and will respond in a timely manner and in good faith to any requests by the state for information or other needs.
