    Date of Transaction Submitted a $250 nonrefundable application fee on April 29, 2024, for the *** certification. Amount Paid $250 nonrefundable fee, plus thousands of dollars spent on prerequisite certifications (CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM) and other professional development directly tied to Scrum Alliances stated requirements for the *** certification.What Scrum Alliance Committed to Provide A clear and consistent certification process with a 12-month timeline for completion and a 34 week SLA for application reviews.Nature of the Dispute Scrum Alliance announced the discontinuation of the *** program in October 2024, effective January 30, 2025, but did not add a public notification or banner to the *** webpage until December 2024, after I raised this issue with their legal ********** Part II submission on November 10, 2024, exceeded the 34 week review SLA. By December 8, 2024, the timeline was breached, and the review was delayed by an additional three weeks without meaningful updates.Reviewers provided conflicting instructions and technical issues caused my responses to reset multiple times creating unnecessary delays and undermined my ability to complete the process.Scrum Alliance promised a 12-month timeline for certification completion, as outlined in the only contract I signed (a $250 nonrefundable fee), but the program was discontinued before that date.Attempts to Resolve the Problem I contacted Scrum Alliance multiple times, including raising concerns directly with their legal counsel. While I was assured a resolution, delays persisted. Scrum Alliance offered a refund of the $250 application fee but did not account for the significant financial and professional investments I made based on their advertised requirements.Advertising Issues The *** certification was actively marketed on Scrum Alliances website without public disclosure of its impending termination until December 2024, well after the announcement of its discontinuation.

    Appreciate it ******** you should have been looped in on the resolution that came out yesterday afternoon. The business did grant the certification and acknowledged all the challenges clearly. I believe we can call this resolved and thank you for your help.
