2/22/24 at about 12pm I took my 2016 Acura for routine oil change. The service was efficient and when I left the Grease Monkey, I was driving my car and could hear metal dragging underneath the car. I pulled over and looked it was my SKID PLATE dragging. I called Grease Monkey they told me come back. I returned a few minutes later and they took my car and said Oh it is the skid plate. When they gave my car back to me they said they broke the bolt and zip tied the skid plate up I need to go a dealership to repair. I said it wasn't like that when I brought the car in for service. The service tech said it happens. I have called everyday since 2/22/24 to speak to a manger along with sending an inquiry to their shop unable to reach management. My car's skid plate was in tact prior to service, I don't feel this is my responsibility. The zip tie is not working as when I drive I hear metal rattling every little bump I drive over. This is unacceptable!

We brought our *********************** for an oil change on Monday 1/9/2023. We did the maintenance recommended by Grease Monkey of changing the front and rear differential fluids. Three days later, our vehicle started making louds noises and it sounded like it was coming from the rear of the car. We took it to a mechanic who discovered the following: Rear differential locking up recommend third member. Metal in fluid. Less than half a quart of fluid drained. Overwhelming burnt smell. Black dark colored housing suggests extreme heat. Pinion bearing damage. Rear differential replacement required. All of this was caused by the fact that Grease Monkey did not put fluid back in.Upon test driving the vehicle after the rear repair, the front began to also make noises. The mechanic then discovered the following on the front differential: Rear differential bearing disintegrated to Pion. Replace rear DEF. Front differential fluid looks bad. Lots of metal in it. Changing the color to gray possible a slight bit of water making noise. Front differential replacement required. This was also caused by the fact that Grease Monkey did not put fluid back in.The is caused by negligence from our visit on 1/9 as they clearly did not put fluid back into the front and rear differential. The total cost of repairs $4200. We have also called this Grease Monkey on Thursday 1/19 and again today Tuesday 1/24 with no response or call from the owner. Subsequently, we have called more than 10 times and reached out to the Corporate Grease Monkey in *****************. As this is a franchise location, the corporate office would do nothing. Attached is the vehicle inspection report from **************.
