I got a second or third flyer today in the mail from infinitus pie. I initially called their Boulder phone number at *********************************, ************ and a man named ***** answered the phone and he said he would email Pizza **** and ***** Pie about getting us off the mailing list. He gave me the Louisville address at ******************************************************************************* ************. I called and I spoke to ***** Pie. I told her this is the second or third direct mailing to my mailbox and I want to get her and her business to stop mailing us these large 11"x9" cards. Instead of her saying I will look into getting you off our mailing list she kept asking can I make you a free pizza pie. I kept explaining to her that I don't want a free pie I just want off her mailing list and if I don't get off her mailing list I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. She said there is nothing illegal about using eddm, every door direct mail. I said if every pizza parlor in the ******/******* area started sending these we would be getting large number of pizza parlor flyers every day in the mail. So this is not acceptable and we shouldn't have to be pursing every day direct mail or the post office to try to get ***** Pie and Pizza **** to stop sending us direct mail. She offered free pizza pie to us but that is not what we want. We want the direct mailing to stop.
