    On May 25 2017 your company replaced 2 water heaters, which i paid $3956.75. the water heaters NEVER would have Hot water . The waters heaters that I had worked much better than the new was than you installed. I called Kerwin to find out want the problem was. The tech. that installed the heaters on May25,2017 never informed me that if mixing valves would be installed therefore the heaters would not obtain HOT water. I should have be informed. On sept.26,2022 a different tech. removed the mixing valves and installed water heater supply lines. This cost me an additional $775.00 which I did not receive a bill until Dec.08,2022, which i paid on Dec.09,2022. I feel I should have Never been charge for the water heaters to work correctly. I will file a complaint with the ****** if I do not hear from you. Regards, ********************
