    Boulder Radiology had the incorrect address for my sons visit to the ** even though I have filled out the paperwork for the ** correctly. They mailed the bill to an address I live at 10 years ago (the home burned down). They never tried to call me even though they had my correct phone number. Instead they sent it to collections. It was for $46 which I would have paid immediately but never had the opportunity to do so. Sending bills to collections without trying to contact me is unethical and poor business practices.

    On 2/20/24 i got a suspicious TEXT message that i owe money to Boulder Radiologist and to "click this link". Looked like spam. I called the 1800 number in the text and i got to ***** and the guy said that is a call center for multiple companies and he start asking for my private personal information. Which i did NOT give him. The only time i went to Radiology was at the very beginning of January to Boulder ******************* on 2/21/25 i called BCH financial office and talked to ******* who told me she cannot help me with Boulder Radiologists. On the Boulder Radiologists website there is NO address, there is a phone number that sends you to *****, an Instagram and ******* with Messages DISABLED, a chat button which says Access Denied, and an email form that asks for an account number which i do not know *************************************. THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK TO A US BASED PERSON so i can verify if this is a scam or not. What is more disappointing is that i went to BCH Boulder Community Health and inside there , i dealt with this 3rd party company and nobody told me it is 3rd party

    We made multiple attempts to reach this patient to discuss his concerns. On 03/14/2024, he paid the balance due on his account and now has a zero balance for the charges in question.

    I am rejecting this response because: THAT IS A LIE THEY MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS.... I paid that bogus balance so I can report them for insurance fraud
