On March 16, 2023, I paid this business to install a radon mitigation system. They guaranteed a radon level of 2.0 pCi/L or lower with this installation. Not only did they leave a hole in my ceiling (they drilled one hole, then another one, and then used the original hole), but my radon levels have been rising to above 3.0 pCi/L. I have tried to contact this business multiple times to come back and fix the radon issue but I have been ignored each time. I would like the business to either come and fix the problem or provide a refund so I can pay someone else to fix it.

You have yet to provide our company with a certified radon test verifying that your radon levels are in fact elevated. This is policy to ensure that we can validate the warranty.

The office has spoken to you about the hole in the ceiling and has also requested a certified test from you, which you are not complying with.

Additionally, the reason for the hole in the ceiling is because you had a finished celling and how your builder ran the wires and pipes to the exterior we had to make sure we did not hit any wires, vents or pipes in order to route the radon system to the exterior. The homeowner was not there during the install and had a friend manage the install which they were made aware or the hole and about the difficulties of routing the system to the exterior. Radon Gone is not liable to any fixes to try wall that that was caused to ensure the safety of the home.

Lastly, out company does not and has never offered at 2.0 pCi/l guarantee. Please provide the quote or proof of a 2.0 pCi/l was given and we will honor it.

We are more than willing to help you resolve your elevated radon levels, however please provide a certified radon test that we have requested and we can move forward with getting you scheduled.
