    Previous complaint had lots of typosGood Evening,I made a purchase at one of your locations in ************** in which the **************** is always 100%. They were out of Sriracha Sauce so I called another location in ******* located in ************* 5 minutes from my home. I called the location and a very pleasant young lady stated that it wasnt a problem to pick up a few packets. Upon entering the location I noticed 4 women (white) holding a conversation with complete disregard to me standing at the register. One of the ladies looked at me several times and never spoke just continued her conversation. Finally she yelled from the cook area where they were all standing talking to each other not working You have a pickup! My voice does not travel neither was I going to scream as this is not how I conduct business or represents me as a person. I then put my hand over my ear signaling to her that I cant hear you. She then said WELL I CAN HEAR YOU FROM HERE AND IM NOT WALKING OVER THERE. In complete disbelief of her attitude and total disrespect and regards for me as a customer I asked her name? She stated I AM THE GENERAL MANAGER. I asked 5 more times before she said ****. The other young lady in which I spoke to over the phone came and handed me the sauce and I left. This persons the General Managers attitude is a complete disgrace to the title of General Manager and representing this company. She has zero customer service skills and is a leader leading an entire store in this manner. I am a long time customer of ********************** and ********************. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! This manager should be terminated. Thank you,km

    After an extensive search, our team was unable to locate this order on our end with the limited information provided by the guest. We have requested a copy of the original receipt, so that we can locate her order to provide a refund, however the guest is not providing this information. We have recommended the guest reach out to their bank regarding this issue, as our team is unable to process a refund without this requested information.

    I ordered a pesto cavatappi and penne **** with crusted chicken b****** I got the wrong noodles for both orders and the chicken wasn't on there. I paid extra for the chicken as well. I ordered a pickup on Monday (9/26) from the ****** location on ********

    Ordered buttered noodles w a side of three cheesey breads. They used macaroni noodles instead of egg noodles and had the audacity to send my order with the main dish and the dipping sauce for the bread MINUS the bread. I want a full refund for this meal. I ordered via grub hub and dont see a way of requesting one through them so here we are.

    On August 5th we placed an order for a family meal; they did not follow the allergy concerns we had and we also never received one of the meals.

    They wrote me and said that their family meals cannot be adjusted for allergies; however, before placing our order I directly called the store and asked them if they could accomodate my daughter's allergy and they said they would take care of it but did not.
