    We purchased and paid duty to a total of almost $500, for a replacement awning for our small travel trailer. We sent a drawing with all possible measurements. Carefree of Colorado was the original supplier to the Trailer Manufacturer. The awning arrived quicker than expected and we were initially very pleased, until we wanted to install it and found the size incorrect. Disappointingly it is narrower , which will not be as nice as the original. However the outward extension of the awning is actually nearly 17 inches to long which makes it impossible to install. After waiting months for a response from Colorado, we wrote again, and got responses that seem to say they think we'll order and pay for another new awning . Unfortunately we did not know that we might have been able to have a new awning made. locally. ****** learned for us. But also for anyone needing to replace an awning we would recommend avoid " Carefree of Colorado

    I used to work here years back and when they say made in ******* that's a huge lie it's all from ***** assembled in ********** this company is a joke extremely low wages while the top brass brags how much revenue the company makes do not buy awnings from here they will not hold up long and carefree will not stand behind the product
