    On 2/17/24 My wife contacted this towing company because our car was stuck in the mud by a canal. She was told that they would charge $75.00 an hour with a two-hour minimum. After the service was provided which took all of five minutes to finish, we were told that we were charged for two hours, and the invoice would be sent to us. Well, we never received the invoice, and my credit card was charged $660.00. I have contacted them several times since discovering the charge and we have been given the run around. I was told a woman by the name of *** would contact me today 2/19/24. That has yet to happen. The agent I spoke to said they don't charge $75.00 an hour they charge $175.00 an hour. Even if that is so, where did $660.00 come from. I put in a dispute with my credit union because I did not authorize this charge. I was not notified of this charge.

    I know for a fact employees are on drugs and driving under the influence during towing operations. They are stealing out of the vehicles and I have proof of it. And when givin proof to the owner of such things nothing was done about it. Scariest part of it is a previous and currently violent felon that is employed there is stealing and using fire arms to abuse and harass woman and children with . I can give further evidence if needed. Police report has been filed. Motorcycles and converters have been stolen that they towed. Not to mention many many many items out if the vehicles

    This complaint was filed by a disgruntled Ex girlfriend of one of our employees. The employee mentioned in this complaint has passed multiple observed drug screenings since the start of his employment with Big Toe Towing and has passed each test required. Big Toe Towing takes complaints of this nature very seriously and has investigated this complaint and found the allegations to be false.
