    I want to note that I want to give zero stars. **** is not credible. He is a liar and a cheater. He said he would purchase the necessary permits, and we trusted that. He did not. The person at the zoning office in ***************** said that they would never have issued a permit to **** for the foundation of the garage we wanted to build because the rules had changed in the last two decades as far as building on a county lot. The zoning office said that **** knew what he was doing was not legitimate because the zoning office would not allow the build because new buildings have to be 10 feet away from the edge of the property lines, and our new garage did not fit the rules and regulations. The garage cannot be built, ever.Well karma is real. The person **** cheated was a widow, and the Bible says we are to help orphans and widows. **** cheated a widow out of $7000. So **** just created his own mess by cheating people. Do not ask him to do any work for you. He is a liar, and a cheater.

    *********************** is not a credible business person. Our 3 day project took 4 months and our yard was ruined, along with fence and sprinkler damage. The work was finally completed and damage somewhat repaired when I refused to pay the balance owed him. The concrete steps are uneven in width and not at 90degree angles. And the cement is crumbling. We discussed this with him in March and he promised to tear out and re-pour. After constant phone calls and messaging, he has blocked our number. We plan to follow through with a lawsuit and liens.
