    Owners name is ***************************, a former Town of ******* ** Trustee. ***** and his cousin were both sued for Federal Law Violations. ****** *************************** and see all the stuff this guy is up to.We are $43,000 out and still do not have a stick of wood in the ground..As of June 15, 2924. still no word from Barn Bros Limited or ***************************. Its obvious this guy has no interest or intention to start or finish our barn build. We have waited 7 months and paid for all the materials. ***** is now claiming he is ONLY a Supplier and has no responsibility to build our barn.. HE NEVER TOLD US THAT.. he represents himself as a construction company with a large crew.. truth is he doesnt have any crews.. he puts his barn jobs on a Job website to find people to build for him. He keeps your money and job tied up until he can find someone to build it for him. We had to hire another builder to start and finish the pole barn and discovered at that time how many supplies we paid for were missing besides the doors and windows he never provided. List of Paid in full Missing Materials that **************************************************** failed to supply:1- ********** (drilling post holes & lifting Roof Trusses in safe manner) $675 Missing 1 3x3 Copula paid for but never delivered by *************************** - $1875.62 plus installation of $500 Missing 14- 2x6 treated Baseboard Missing Cement 32 bags Missing 2x4 for Roof Bracing Damaged/Replaced 1- 2x12x10 (cracked. Noted on Delivery)Missing 9 center rib 140 pieces of inside closure or 450 of universal 35 pieces of outside closure or 100 of universal closure for ridge cap.Missing 2 boxes - 3 1/2 nails for framing Missing 1 box - 1 1/4 nails for OSB Missing 1 box - Roofing nails for trim Missing Wood for 10x10 Front Sliding Door , hinges & lock $690 2 -12 piece of Metal Trim 3 5/8 x 3 1/2 - 1 1/2 $80 Missing 3 windows Missing 1 man door 10x10 metal roll up door.$2325.41 plus installation $600 *************************** refuses to communicate now.

    **************** has a history of unfounded claims along with an extensive criminal background being charged with Theft, Assault, and Harassment. This situation is reminiscent of his previous cases, with the only exception being a possible felony claim of Extortion. His initial complaint was that we treated him like a woman, which then escalated to owing him a door and two windows, and then to owing him $1,000. The financial claims have since compiled from $1,000 to $5,000 to $10,000 to $15,000 and now $55,000. Statements made by **************** are contradictory to statements made to local law enforcement and body cam video footages taken by officers prove that **************** is simply an individual that has issues with making a truthful statement. The truth is that they have received the building materials that they purchased and contracted for and have posted photos on social media proving just that. It is our belief that **************** thought if he manufactured a larger-than-life issue we would pay his claim to make him go away. I am sorry to say that ****************** threats and claims will not be settled in this manner and we are prepared to fight these untruthful claims with everything we have. As far as we are concerned this is a clear-cut case of extortion and we plan on moving forward in a manner that will prove Mr. ***** ******************* guilt. We owe Mr. ***** ***************** nothing and the contractual agreement on our side has been completely fulfilled. On the other hand, the contractual side of Mr. ***** ***************** has been nothing but one breach of contract after another. Up to this point, their numerous breaches of contract, slanderous nature, and financial greed fed by their own lies have created damages on our side in excess of $350,000. We are in contact with our legal team and we intend to seek any and all damages the courts deem fit. Considering that, we will conclude this conversation until the date the courts file a judgement regarding this matter.

    We are bit shocked at the response provided by Barn Bros Limited and ***************************. Their response reads like the ravings of a madman. Why do I say this? There is no ********************************* at Barn Bros Limited. 

    ********************************* is a factional character that *************************** invented to deal with angry customers.

    I asked that "*********************************" call me directly several times but that never happened. I was talking with another person, and they said that *************************** had them dealing with some corporate guy that never or hardly ever responded and only by email from a generic e-mail address. No phone number was ever provided. *********************************" just made excuses and never got anything resolved. Basically, just strung them out for 2 years. ***** acted as if he was working them to get things resolved but was in fact laughing at them behind their backs for falling for it. 

    This little scam takes the onus off ***** as he shifts to blaming all his wrongdoings on a corporate Regional Manager that doesnt exist.

    *************************** and Barn Bros Limited are under investigation by El Paso County Investigative Unit, the Attorney General of Colorado, the **** The *************************** so far..

    The Detective working on this case is *************************** and she can be reached at *****************.

    *************************** and Barn Bros Limited have numerous scam victims in my area. I do have their names and statements and have passed them to Detective *******.
