    BBB Complaint Double A Cleaning & Services ************ ********************************* ***** Date of transaction: 3/30/22 Amount of money: $975 ($575 for whole house clean from double A + $400 for other company)What the business committed to provide: Move out clean ?What the nature of the dispute is: We hired Double A for our move out clean on 3/30/22 for 8am. They showed up around 830am but did not have all their supplies so they had to go get them. They returned around 11am (which is when they said theyd be done). I told them I had to leave by ****am to move so I could not stay for the walkthrough at the end. They agreed to FaceTime and take pictures. At around 7pm I had not heard from them yet. They were still there cleaning (even though they said they would be 4 hours). Around 8pm they sent pictures and videos. Everything did look great and we were very happy with the clean. We ended the day on a good note, and all I asked was for an itemized receipt so that we could send it to the company (which we never got). However, the leasing company did not feel the same and gave us a list of stuff for the company to reconcile. I texted Alura (owner of Double A) multiple times to reconcile the clean as well as repeatedly asking for an itemized receipt. She would message and say she promised to get it done and that she would get to it soon but never did. After a few days she started ignoring my texts. She told me that she called the property group but no one answered and the company said that wasnt true. Eventually the leasing company got ahold of her and they planned to fix it but then she then started to ignore them as well. This went on for over a month. She lied multiple times. Since they did not go back, the property group charged us another $400 to clean what they missed. I have attached the texts I had with Alura as well as the emails from the property group. whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: they said they were going to go back, but they

    I was not contacted for almost 3 weeks after the cleaning. Which they could have went back and stayed at the home or

    had friends stay at the home. I have pictures of cleaning being finished. If you see from when I cleaned and the next company it surpasses the 3 day return or fix policy that we have, adding that it was weeks between them. I will upload pictures this week when I get to the computer.

    I am rejecting this response because:the 3 weeks is a lie. My texts are dated. I asked for an itemized receipt the day she cleaned both in person and online. I had never received it so I messaged her again that I needed it ASAP so the company could make their list, after asking for it multiple times. On April 5, they sent the email of what needed to be rectified, which I would have had sooner if she would have given me the itemized receipt. She had never answered me on the 5th so I texted her again. This happened for almost one month until she completely stopped answering me. She never followed up or rectified any of it which is why we had to hire and pay a new cleaning crew.
