    Hello everyone, I completely agree with the earlier review...would love to give 0 Stars.Worst customer experience in my life.I would say wrong people in customer service will spoil the reputation of such an amazing place.The Owner or the people at the helm need to take some quick action .Summary : we traveled all the way from ******* with our old parents ( group of 9).Gondola was our main purpose of buying the ticket for ***************************************************************************************************************************** the price .We ran towards the gondola and were told it is not functional.Big disappointment !However we turned back and requested for a refund . The manager came out and was extremely rude and all this discussion escalated.To our biggest surprise of life we were asked to leave the premises immediately without even letting us go to the bridge or use any other service .Family was extremely unhappy especially my kids and old parents .This was insulting too.I am extremely hurt and would escalate this further in the right way and all my group of 9 are going to rate this and will surely be passing this feedback to all my group of friends in *******.

    Hello everyone, I wish I could give this place a zero stars. This is to review the restaurant only. We spent over $300 dollars in this place and they took 50 minutes to give us our food and then told us we could not eat here because they were about to close. One of the cashiers started yelling at my child for no reason at all. She called security on us to ****** us out. This place is straight trash and wish they would shut it down. The place itself is very nice! ***** was super nice and she deserves a raise.
