While I was being diagnosed with cancer and going through surgery, my provider used Mountain Radiology for diagnostic purposes. I never recieved a bill in the mail for these services. I did recieve a text message. I attempted to pay online with no luck. It gave me an error. So, i called and the call center representative said they were in the process of changing bill pay vendors or something and she would send another bill. I have never received another bill or text message from the company.

Two days ago, I received a TEXT from a collection agency regarding this bill. I called the company and they just told me over and over again that they sent a bill...which I never received. THEN, i found out that I have ANOTHER balance due. I paid the collection agency and the outstanding bill as soon as I found out about it.

I am so upset that this went to a collection agency and is likely going to impact my credit score. This should NOT be happening. I don't understand why this business isn't sending paper bills, calling folks with outstanding bills BEFORE sending to a collection agency. I also subscribe to the USPS informed delivery service to ensure I am recieving all of my mail and I never saw a bill on the USPS website.

The call center that this comapny uses is terrible and I don't believe i should be penalized with a report to a collection agency on my credit now!

I had a radiologist at Memorial Regional Health (address provided) read an x-ray and a CT scan. The radiologist bills though their billing service. This is where the issue come up. I never received any US mail, email, call or text about my bill. My first contact was through a collection agency. I feel uncomfortable paying a collection agency over the phone when they text me. (could be a scam)

I asked Mountain Radiology to send me a text or mail to test my number and address. They said they already did, yet I haven't received either. While on the phone with them I asked them to send me a text. They wouldn't.

Two things I want corrected. I want to receive an actual piece of mail from them so next time I have services I will feel comfortable that I'm receiving the bill. Or I want a text. same reason. They are not willing to do either. I changed my mail to my mom's address and my text to my husbands phone. Still have received nothing.

I would like to pay my bill from July, they won't take it. I have paid my bill from November, even without receiving a statement.

I'm still not sure how to pay my remaining $117.?? They said they want me to pay the collection service. I don't think it's fair that I have to have my credit ruined over this issue.
