    I contacted **** High High cresting to a strip and customize a Colorado Avalanche jersey (valued at $600). I paid 40 dollars as a deposit for the jersey customization. I also included 4 other jerseys ( 2 baseball and 2 hockey) to get patches removed and sewn on correctly. Those items are valued at **** dollars. Until mid ****** I was in regular contact with the company but after that, he let his followers know that the orders for ****** which is the month I submitted it for, would have to be pushed back a month. I mailed the package, which cost 85 dollars, in March to make sure I had a spot in line. Multiple messages and attempts to contact him or any with his business have received no response

    The business is Mile High Cresting LLC. I placed a $60 deposit for a service customization of two authentic hockey jerseys. Mile High Cresting was to customize my jerseys by sewing and placing player names and numbers in the jerseys we were sending to them for the service. I mailed the 2 jerseys (along with three patches) - a total value of approximately $600 worth of items) to Mile High Cresting on March 2, 2023. They were mailed via **** Priority Mail to Mile High Cresting, **************************************************************************. Mile High Cresting confirmed they received the package on the 4th of March. The total cost to customize both jerseys was to be $170 and Mile High sent me the down payment invoice for $60 through PayPal (which I paid on Feb. 4th). Ever since the jerseys were delivered to Mile High Cresting on March 4th, I have had extremely limited communication with them, regardless of the dozens of times I reached out to them through Instagram messages and email. The jerseys should have been finished and mailed back to me by mid-April. It is now two months later, and the last communication I received from them was via Instagram messages on May 9th, that one of the jerseys was completed and the other was to be done soon and they'd be shipped to me the following week. It has been almost 40 days since that last communication and I have received no items, no tracking number that they have been mailed to me, and no answer to several emails and Instagram messages that Ive sent them over the course of weeks. The business has my $60, and my $600 worth of jerseys and patches.
