    I recently had an interaction with ***** Eller from Crabtree & Eller LLC, and unfortunately, I must say that I was left with a poor impression of the company. Despite scheduling two interviews with *****, both were missed due to a lack of communication and follow-through on his end.Furthermore, when I attempted to follow up with *****, he displayed a lack of accountability and even tried to shift the blame onto me, despite his own mistakes.As someone who is interviewing for a position with the company, I expect a higher level of professionalism and communication. It is concerning that such basic information like my correct phone number was not properly recorded, and I was left waiting for a call that never came.Overall, my interaction with ***** has left me questioning the credibility of the company, and I would hesitate to recommend them to others.
