    Denver Christmas Light INstallers put up my Xmas lights, and was scheduled to remove them early January, which they did. However, despite leaving my tote on the porch, they took my lights with them. THey are my personal lights that I purchased several years before. I have emailed, called and texted them several times to return my lights, which they indicate was an oversight. The rep I was texting, kept saying the owners would contact me, they did not. The rep I was texting no longer works at the company. None of my emails or phone calls to the company have been returned or replied to. I would either like my lights returned and in excellent condition as they were when they were on my house, or I would like my money refunded as I will need to purchase new lights in the future.

    Customer received her *********************** back according to policy of our company. Communication was not facilitated well due to a misunderstanding. Due to our company policy, we receive all lights and check and maintain for proper functioning them then give them back to customer.
