Well, the book is a good one, to be sure but what was outstanding to me in dealing with **** was his personalized customer service ethos. He bulldozed his way through a pile of logistical problems that were not of his doing, to make sure my book got delivered. But the clincher was that, he even sent me a check to acknowledge my patience in the matter! On giving it some thought, I probably WON'T cash the check.,,it's more valuable to me as a reminder that there are still good, honest people in this world

Awesome class, great instructor! Covered everything we needed to know and more. Price point was great and was able to meet outside of normal class hours. I would recommend **** for any firearms training you need.Firearms Training Colorado, LLC

**** and ***** put on an excellent course covering material that is incredibly important. Stop-the-Bleed is critical information that needs to be widely disseminated and these instructors are doing just that. I was especially impressed that this course was attended by families including school-age and young adult participants. This presentation held the attention of all in attendance and was age-appropriate for the whole gang. Hands-on tourniquet and wound packing practice were invaluable additions to the didactic material. ****'s class gave an excellent foundation of the necessary information needed to become a well-informed citizen wanting to take responsibility for their personal safety.
