      My sisters son-in-law, ******** *****, owner of Marshll Fix It, knew I was updating my shower and said he could do the job for a lot less than the $14,000 I was quoted from Jacuzzi. I gave him the job. HUGE mistake. They used plastic tubing and plastic connectors inside the wall rather than copper. It leaked into my living room with the first use of the shower. The shower pan was not pitched, so water did not drain properly. The threshold did not reach the wall on the left side and stuck out, not flush with the wall, on the right side. The grout was hit and miss, thick and thin throughout the tiles. Corners were not level. There was grout splashed on the ceiling which was not cleaned up. They installed a shower pan I had never seen before. It was supposed to be light gray, but what was installed was a multicolored tile. Looked terrible with the wall tiles. ******** had 3 or 4 men here for several weeks on this fiasco. I have pictures to document all these issues. When I complained to ******** about the ugly shower pan, he said I should have said something before the shower doors were installed because once taken down, they cant be rehung. I called Renew Home Innovations who came out, took everything down to the studs, replaced the plastic in the wall with copper, installed interlocking tiles, cleaned up the ceiling and rehung the doors, all in 5 days! There is more, but these are the major issues. ******** charged me more than $17,000 for his mess. Renew charged $14,000. I asked ******** to refund me $5,000. He gave me $1,500. Said he would give me another $395 if I would sign a Nondisclosure Agreement, which I refused. Ive waited for months for ******** to do the right thing, but he had not contacted me and has dug his heels in insisting his men did a good job. Marshll Fix It does shoddy, substandard work using cheap products. I am posting this because people need to be aware of the business practices of this company.
