  I have used **** and crew numerous times and they have always treated us right, and fixed any of our issues at a fair price. As a former business owner, I HIGHLY recommend Colorado Bear Heating and Air.

  July 4th weekend and as luck should have it out AC unit was not cooling . After calling 5 different places and had no luck ,we finally got in touch with Colorado Bear Heating and Air. It was such a pleasure to talk to ****** who called us back and took the time to find out what exactly we were dealing with and explained what the problem could be . He promised to send his technician ***. *** was very punctual and was able to come over even though it was July 4th , so thank you *** .He was extremely knowledgeable, and immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. Thank you Colorado Bear Heating & Air for being so accommodating ,prompt and professional. We will definitely be calling you if ever we have a problem again. Big shout out to ******* too very polite and honest over the phone. Fantastic team work. Keep it up!!! We also got a Military discount so over all wonderful experience and excellent work ethic .

  Very pleased with the service. I felt their response was very quick, arrived during the scheduled time, and carries parts on their trucks which helps immensely with repair time. So many **** companies have to run all over ****** to obtain the part and return often the next day. Not the case with Colorado Bear. Also the pricing seemed very fair. Thank You for helping us!

  Bear came to me highly recommended by a good friend. I called them for a second opinion. The first company that came out tried to fix my A. C. but their work caused the fuse box to trip. They then told me I needed an entirely new system for about $10K! Bear knew this coming in. I was in a vulnerable position and they treated me with great respect and professionalism and did not take advantage of that fact. They took a look at the setup, fixed it and charged me the $169 trip charge. Thank you, *** and ***** You are at the top of my list now for ac and furnace work!

  After 6 days of no A/C and numerous failed attempts at working with the property management company that put us in this position, Colorado Bear Heating & Air was made aware of our issue, came out to our home within less than 24 hours, and not only fixed the problem in its entirety, but took the time to educate us on what was being done, how the systems functioned, and what to keep an eye out for in the future. **** is one of the most professional, determined and kind humans I have truly ever met, and he worked endlessly with his team to make sure that he did not leave without checking all stops, numerous times, and that everything was working up to the very best standards - those of which this business clearly maintains. There was not a moment where I was uncertain or untrusting of the process while working with Colorado Bear Heating & Air, and I will refer any person who asks, directly to them. Thank you, a million moons, for making sure my house went back to feeling like a home.
