    DO NOT BE FOOLED DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY ( and I use that term loosely) if you want prompt , reliable service.. ****(owner) does summer lawn care and winter snow removal at his convenience . I used him for both summer and winter and had the same bad experience of no shows ,with no heads up or communication, and every excuse in the book. Several times. You never knew if you would get service or not. He is a smooth talker , appears very capable , amiable and sincere. . He will draw you in and will leave you hanging when you least expect it. The last straw for me was this major snowstorm we just had in ******** (****** , ***********) area. 3 ft of snow, he was a no show after several promises that he was on way and would be here. NEVER SHOWED and no communication. I was left scrambling to find help. I am house bound and have to rely on paying for these services. DO NOT HIRE!!! I wish I would have seen a review like this before I hired him and got burned, that's why I am warning others!!

    ************************* who owns the company came to our house to rake and remove leaves. He trimmed trees in the back yard that i did not ask him to trim, and which i am unhappy with what he did. But after trimming the limbs, he left some on the side of the house and two big limbs in my front yard. After being asked to pick the limbs up at least 3 times, he has refused to pick them up.
