    Buyer beware! We hired Creative Colors International of *********** to repair the leather on several cushions of our sectional. ******* assured me that my sofa could be repaired and would last us an additional 3-4 years. We hired her to complete the job for a steep price tag of $750. Unfortunately, the repair started to fail 5 days later. Upon contacting *******, she acknowleged that the product she put on should not show wear this soon so she agreed to come fix the job. I appreciated her attempt and she was pleasant to work with. However, I contacted her a 3rd time about 6 weeks later because the product was wearing even more and deteriorating our leather. She again came to repair the product. Fast forward a few more months, and the product completely deteriorated the leather and my sofa is officially ruined. I contacted corporate who sent me back to ******* and she has refused to help, take any responsibility, or refund us any money blaming my dog for the failure.
