DO NOT RECOMMEND! We took our bike to them August 2021 to do some fine tuning and replace a few small things. At that time, the bike was running, just not as well as we wanted. In September 2021, we got an email stating some of the work was done, tires were on their way, and the bike would be complete in the next week. Over the next 9 months we called and text for updates and was told the brake bracket was bent and the new one is still on back order, but other than that, it was complete. Finally in May of 2022, we decided to go down, pick up the bike and deal with the bracket issue another way. We were in *************** working with him as his guys pulled the bike out. We settled the rest of the invoice with cash and was handed a box full of parts he said, they just didnt get installed. When we got home, before taking the bike off the trailer, we inspected the bike and compared them to the invoices. The bike was dismantled with brake calipers off, primary cover removed, no fluid in the bike, battery missing, and in the box of our parts was a combination of things for not just our bike, but parts for other bikes as well. We have called multiple times over the past 3 months with no resolve. A guy called Donkey would return my calls at 1st, saying he would have ******* get back to us, yet since June 2nd, we havent received anything back from anyone. The work and parts we paid for totaled over $2500, yet the work that was done and parts received total maybe $700. This does NOT include the time and cost it will take to get the bike back to the state it was the day we took it to the professionals. As a fellow business owner, its appalling how this company is doing (not doing) business. Its bad enough the bike was torn down and now we have to rebuild it. But with such an issue, to have ZERO communication back from the owner, the person we worked with from the beginning, makes me wonder how many other people they have scammed.
