      I signed my son up for drivers ed ****** on 08/09 for 10 hours of behind the wheel driving lessons. My ex husband split the cost. I paid $355 and my ex- husband paid $355. I attached my receipt. I was told when I signed up that they would not have any open spots till mid September. I was fine with that. My son has autism so we were working with him on being comfortable with someone else teaching him how to drive so the extra time was perfect. I got an email on 08/09/22 with log in credentials to the system. I called and left several voice messages (08/17, 08/24 and 9/16) saying I could not find any available times for driving lessons in September or October and requested a call back. No one returned my call. I then emailed them on 10/06 letting them know I could not get into the site and I needed help, no response. I emailed again Oct 12 asking for help or a refund, no response. My son never got a single drivers lessons. They stole our money. Since it has been more then 60 days I can not dispute the charge with the credit card company and we are at a loss on how to get our money back.

      We paid, and my son complet**, drivers **ucation. That part is all fine. However, we separately paid for, and then they cancell**, an $85 driver's ** driving test but did not refund us for the fee. Also, we ask** for but did not receive a certificate of completion that we ne** for our auto insurance company.

      On February 28, 2022, we purchased a Drivers Ed ******* for $545. It included an online drivers ed ******** 2 exams (permit and license), and 6 hours of "behind the wheel" driving hours with a Freedom Drivers Ed employee (hours that are required in order to get a ******** driving license. We completed the online program and the permit exam. But when we tried to log in to schedule "behind the wheel" sessions, we found that the website is gone. Via some online searching, it seems as though they've gone out of business and there's no way to contact the company. I would like to seek out a partial refund, but there's no way to contact them. I'm not sure what to do.

      July 26th 2022, $695 for online drivers education course, 6 hours of supervised driving time and follow up defensive driving course. Company closed with no communication. My daughter was almost done with her course and has no way to complete it now and no way to prove what she has already done. Is she forced to start over?

      We purchased a service through this company, as did many others, and we are unable to reach them now. The services were approximately $1,000. Currently their website and ******** have been taken down. They do not answer their phones. I cannot get ahold of anyone to schedule my son's driving classes. There are many others in the same situation. I want my money back if they are not able to schedule as promised and provide all that we purchased.

      My daughter has been enrolled in a Fully Paid for -drivers ed ******* with Freedom drivers ed since November 2021. This last week their website has shut down, no phone calls are being answered Or returned. I have paid upfront for the license *******, and now have to get her into a new ******* 2months before she is due to get her license. I NEED my money back to be able to pay for a new *******!!What do I do please???Thank you so much, ***************************************
