  This complaint concerns cabinet refacing (kitchen, master bathroom, powder room) and a new dry bar installation by Kitchen Tune-up of ************Initially, over 50% of cabinet doors were mismeasured, preventing most work from starting. Replacement doors were not ordered promptly, leading to an approximate two-month delay, during which our home was left in an unfinished state (mismeasured doors on-site, protective paper down, cabinets without doors/drawers).For the master bathroom, despite Kitchen Tune-up remeasuring after a vanity relocation (by another contractor) and confirming they could meet the revised layout, the installed connecting cabinet had significant, unagreed-upon filler panels. Their proposed fix (decorative doors on fillers) was unacceptable. Our suggested linen cabinet solution was quoted at an additional $1700. We subsequently hired another company for the master bathroom at our expense; Kitchen Tune-up offered no refund for this uncompleted/unsatisfactory work. A technician who told us he'd raised design concerns about the bathroom to the owner was then terminated by the owner while on-site.After completing initial work with available materials, the crew left without a return timeline. We noted multiple quality issues: visible laminate seams, improperly installed kitchen island panel (exposed glue), an uneven drawer front, a malformed drawer, and unevenly sized dry bar doors.Approximately two months later, a crew returned. The owner allocated only two days for remaining tasks, which was insufficient. The crew was instructed by the owner to leave abruptly mid-work, with no clear timeline for completion; a technician stated their schedule was booked for months. The site was left unsatisfactory (paint-soaked brush in sink, paper down, leftover materials).Work is still not done and it has been a horrible experience dealing with this company. Please avoid to save yourself a similar fate.
