    I purchased an entire RVI3 Brake System complete with the Wireless Breakaway Kit and Wireless Battery Charger for nearly $2,000. The system fails and does not work. This morning, I attempted to call their tech support at 8 AM Mountain Time when they open. They never answer their phones. Their chat on the website does not work and tells you to call their 800 number, which goes unanswered and then drops into a voicemail vortex. I called 14 times in a panic because I was stranded hours from home because their brake system failed. I believe that this is not a real company. I suspect its just one guy in his garage because if you ****** the address on their website, it's actually the address for a *** repair shop called Titan Autotech. They don't even have a real building location as best I can tell. Despite their website and phone message, they do not open at 8 AM mountain time. If you call their number; they dont answer - like, ever. Hilariously, they use the term service champions unironically for their non-existent customer service team. More like service losers! At any rate, I purchased their entire system, but it never connects or works properly. *** tried to call numerous times for technical support, but I guess the dude isnt in his garage and doesnt seem to care that his product is utter rubbish. I believe that this is a scam and fraudulent company. I would like a refund for the system so I can purchase something that actually works and won't leave me stranded.

    Our customer care department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM every week. This customer called on Monday morning which is our heaviest customer service day of the week and our customer care team were all on the phone. They reached back out to her later that same day 3 times with no luck and then were able to get on the phone with her husband and he said he was busy and couldn't talk to us. Our team then sent an email to her with no response. This customer then got on social media on the same day our team was trying to get her and posted this same message in this complaint all over. Our customer care team then started responding to these social media outlets and asked her to contact us. She never did. We then gave up and have never got a response from her and our hands are tied. We would be more than glad to give this customer a refund.

    Purchased expensive tire pressure and brake system for an RV in the past few months.System doesnt work.I have called several times and get different answers that doesnt solve the problems.Found out there was a patch for the Wi-Fi system and did that , but turns out the expensive sensors are old. I obtained help from a Camping World tech who was camping who confirmed the sensors are dead. He tested them on working tires. He advised he knows the product and it has many problems. By not working the chance of a serious accident due to a faulty Product is high. I tried to order batteries after reading you could and the batteries were free but the shipping was $70. The Camping World guy said the sensors go bad quick so batteries Wont help. *** advised you may only get a few trips on a sensor, not what they advertise.Would like to return the product for a full refund as they give you stall, and give fraudulent answers.

    Our customer care department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM every week.

    We have been working with ***** over the last month. We did not realize he had submitted this complaint as we worked to resolve the issue over e-mail. On Aug 19, 2022 we sent him replacement sensors after he performed the troubleshooting steps we asked him to walk through. Those sensors were shipped the same day and received on Aug 24, 2022.

    After we saw this submission our head of customer service reached out to check on ***** and see if the new sensors resolved his issue. He has not used the new sensors yet as he hasn't traveled with his RV since receiving the new sensors. We asked if he would be willing to take down this complaint since we have worked to take care of him and he said he would wait until his next trip where he can test the new sensors. 

    To address his comment about shipping sensors that are old, we told him in email correspondence that we do not ship sensors as new unless they are in fact new. He received new sensors. Until we receive his original 2 sensors we cannot test them to see if they are in fact faulty.

    I am rejecting this response because:


    The product was very expensive and defective.

    I called several times and was given excuse after excuse and did so much troubleshooting for *** I felt like an employee.

    I was at a campsite and another camper who was a tech for Camping World helped me and told me the sensors were bad, as

    he was very familiar with the problems of this product.

    He was correct that the sensors were faulty or old inventory with dead batteries inside the sensors as testing other sensors on other

    tires proved it.

    The product caused my tire to go flat and I paid $150 to get it aired up ( tire was split from the rim when it went flat)

    The tech advised me not to use the product as I would be putting myself in danger of a possible blowout as the sensors were pulling 

    air from the tires valves.

    The sensors were being used on a 6 wheel motorhome with 4 more on a tow vehicle.
