    Order Number: RDE0915221197 I made a reservation with Babys Away to receive a baby crib and mattress, high chair, and stroller for our vacation in ********************, ******** from September *****, 2022. The reservation was confirmed on September 16th as can be seen in the attached email.We arrived at our rental property at 4 p.m. and waited, but after 5 p.m. had passed and I hadnt heard anything, I called the local representative at 5:13 p.m. She didnt answer the first call, but did answer when I called back at 5:18 p.m. Ive attached a screenshot of my phone records.She informed me that she had a family emergency and cancelled the reservation and had texted the number on the reservation (my cell phone). I had not received any text messages from her and even checked my phones spam folder, but there was nothing there. I also confirmed I had entered my cell phone number correctly on the reservation.After realizing there was no hope of receiving the items I reserved, I ended the call and told my wife we had to find a crib and mattress for our son to sleep in that night and for the rest of the vacation. Thankfully, I was able to find a crib and mattress available at ******* about 12 miles away from where we were staying and my sister-in-law offered to drive me in her SUV so the items could fit. *** attached a photo of the receipt.I was able to find the crib and mattress and assemble it in time for my son to go to sleep, although it was a bit later than had we already had the crib and mattress that we reserved.That evening, I emailed Babys Away, explaining the ordeal and asked for them to reimburse me for the crib and mattress due to their failure to deliver on the contract. I received no response and followed up on Tuesday, September 27th. I finally heard from *************************, Director of Operations at Babys Away, after my second email and she informed me that I would be receiving no reimbursement for anything.My subsequent emails have gone unanswered.
