    I have received *************** parfum from Margot Elena Companies in the past and loved the scent. Unfortunately, the bottle I recently received had a rancid, vinegar smell. I contacted customer service and was told to return the bottle for a refund. Since this was an inferior product I asked for my return shipping costs to also be refunded. I received an email after they received my returned purchase stating that several people in the warehouse had tested the parfum and after several spritzes it smelled as it should, and they would not be refunding my return shipping cost. This is surprising as I had spritzed the bottle numerous times, and there were no changes in the fragrance. I wrote a review of my experience, but it has not been uploaded to their site. Bottom line - inferior product, dishonest company and horrible customer service.
