I have paid $839.00 and still owe over ********.**** is uploaded with date and for what.I was initially charged ******** from a new outlook for services. I was in there IOP program for severe depression and left because they only serviced addiction recovery in there meetings. I was charged from a credit the very next day and was told that they tried to contact me and my insurance numerous times before charging my credit card. When I asked for proof of the call records to my insurance and to me the owner told me that he switched phone providers and could not provide that information. He called me names for calling him out on this. Eventually he sent me multiple bills and multiple different amounts and had to change them. He charged my insurance 2400, 175, 300 and said it was because he is contracted to do so. So after he contacted my insurance I ended up owing more than the initial payment he charged me and now I have to pay more out of pocket for services that didn't do anything but cause me emotional pain and more depression. His initial charge was 1929 Then he charged me 1590 then he charged me 1311 then he charged my insurance 2875 now i owe ***** having already paid 839 so thats a total of 1957 Why?

This has been a nightmare, with his insurance company, as a student..  We went through the pre-approval before he started, and sent him what his out of pocket expenses might be.  When we recieved the *** for his dates of service, he had some out of pocket expenses.  We have been transparent with everything, in face he has paid his balance.

I went to visit this facility 2 years ago to inquire about treatment. At that time nothing was mentioned about fees as sitting down to see if the faciltiy is the right fit. When it came time for the insurance I was told 9 times that the facility was in network with my insurance coming back saying it wasnt. At this time I decided I wasnt going to move forward due to the fact the insurance was not being honored and I wasnt paying out of pocket for treatment. When I told the owner this, he got upset and said his time is not free and that I owe him $300. This was never communicated and seemed retalitory and pathetic. I have heard nothing from this facility since then and all of a sudden I have a collections notice stating I owe this guy money. I never signed anything and am surprised to see this bill.
