    In October, I hired Electric of Littleton inspect my electrical work that I have done. The company came and I made the payment to after the inspection. However, the company refuses to provide me a written professional opinion regarding the inspection. Best regards ************

    Hello,

    Our customer was not ************, it was his daughter *****************

    ****** called us to request that we visit her home to take a look at electrical work that was done there by an unlicensed person (****) without a permit from the city.  We explained to her that we can come out to verify that what we see on that day is done correctly and safely.  She never asked for a written verification and we never promised one.

    I have attempted to attached a recording of the 7 minute booking call to this reply.  If it does not go through for some reason, please reach out to me directly and I can send it by email.  This call clearly outlines what was requested and what was promised at booking.

    I have also attached a copy of our email correspondence with the customer explaining that for this work to be legal and officially signed off on, they need to apply for a permit with the city.  I offered, in writing, to walk them through that process.

    Finally, I have attached a copy of our Electrical Home Safety check that notes that we reviewed their work.  A copy was emailed to them and our tracking system shows the email was opened.

    We have completed everything the customer asked of us and I am available to discuss or provide further information as needed.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I was not available and asked my daughter, Kazoua Her to find an electrical inspector. Normally, all the inspections, the inspector should issue a report to express their professional opinion, finding, recommendation, etc. For my case, I did not receive any report from the inspection company at all.
