    Formal Complaint Against TKE (TK Elevator) for Service Negligence and Lack of Communication Dear BBB Representative,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Elevator for their ongoing failure to provide timely elevator repairs and for their severe lack of communication regarding service at our building, located at ****************************************For nearly two months, the elevators in our building have been non-operational or unreliable, leaving many of our residents and clients without essential access. Despite numerous attempts to reach our assigned contact (*****) and escalate the issue, we have received no callbacks, email responses, or updates that clearly outline next steps or timelines for ************* make matters worse, service tickets have been repeatedly closed with the justification that parts are needed. However, upon follow-up, weve learned that these parts were never ordered, further delaying repairs and eroding trust in ***'s reliability.This ongoing situation has not only disrupted day-to-day operationsit has begun to negatively affect our businesss reputation. Residents and clients are understandably frustrated, and we are left without the ability to provide them with accurate information or assurance due to TKE's complete lack of communication and transparency.We expect a national company like *** to operate with professionalism and accountability. Instead, we have been met with delays, misinformation, and a concerning level of negligence.We are requesting the BBBs assistance in:Investigating this matter and TKEs handling of our service issues.Holding TKE accountable for their failure to deliver the contracted services.Ensuring *** communicates clearly and provides a definitive plan for resolving the elevator issues.
