      PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS! They provide mediocre service for high quality prices. Will never return. I went on Thursday 11/30/23 and got a full anime set, took literally 3.5 hours, started at 2:30 left at 6pm. 2 days passed and one eye was very bald bald. ****** came out left and right, it took a lot for me to contact them to fix them but I did so that Monday, 4 days after original full set, I got in that Friday, 12/8, i get a fill, which took 2 hours, for a fill! Three days later, Monday 12/11 and my lashes are back to being bald. Ive been getting my lashes done for years and usually have a three week retention, so its so weird how their lashes just wont stay for even a week, I decided to try this place because of the look and the reviews plus its down the street from work, but I I regret it. I feel like it was a waste of money for a couple of days of full lashes. Very disappointing. In a matter of 11 days and one fill and 200 dollars I am pretty dissatisfied. **UPDATE after reaching out to them two days later I had to follow up and finally got a response. I was swept under the rug and treated unfairly and that if my time isnt valued or if I wasnt valued at all as a paying customer. I would never recommend this Place.
